An engineer by training, Jon also brings experience investing in community-based organizations, developing more affordable higher education models, and building technology for a more effective childcare system. With a background in product development, operations, and strategic growth, he focuses on optimizing JusticeText’s technology to align with the realities of criminal defense work, integrating feedback from attorneys to enhance usability and impact.
